  • Green Energy Solutions displays prices in monthly solar catalog. All product/price is subject to change without prior notice, as well as daily stock. The images are illustrative for advertising purposes. Actual product may vary in size, colors and shapes.

  • Green Energy Solutions has standardized prices with no hidden charges on online or physical purchases, the customer will always be made aware when they are purchased with credit / debit cards with the percentage of interest increased to the price according to VisaNet Guatemala or the bank and its pricing policies. If the purchases are in cash, deposits or bank transfers the payment will not have any extra fees in local currency. If you are international you can check with your bank issuing your plastic in your home country the costs for each online transaction.

WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty on physical products/services

  • Warranty on physical products/services (On Grid Systems). Green Energy Solutions provides a standard warranty, which is variable in complete residential, commercial or industrial electrical network systems, thus being 1 year per installation and per product (depending on brands and capacities of the projects to be executed) is variable. Systems that are strictly installed by Green Energy Solutions.

  • Warranty on physical products/services (Off Grid Systems). Green Energy Solutions provides a standard guarantee that is variable in autonomous / isolated systems and in any of its technologies such as solar lamps, solar reflectors, light bulbs of any type, solar heaters, solar panels, batteries, charge controllers, grid or off-grid inverters. the electrical network, electrical wiring and everything related to solar products or electrical products in general, whether in complete equipment or individual product. Thus, 3 months on the product without installation and on new electrical equipment. On installation systems applies for 3 months only.

  • Green Energy Solutions does not cover warranties for used equipment or spare parts (if applicable) both electrical and hydraulic, a low voltage that accidentally causes damage to solar electrical equipment, exploded or burned solar cells, batteries with 100% discharges or visually with outside acid, wet or for any damage that has been intentional and natural disasters.

  • Green Energy Solutions does not cover warranties for any of the following reasons: earthquakes, tsunamis, thunderstorms, any other natural disaster, short circuit damage, handling by third parties and technical personnel who are not authorized by Green Energy Solutions who have partially or totally modified the installed solar system, product sold or service performed, for which any type of warranty is automatically lost.

  • All warranties described herein are solely for factory damage which does not cover natural deterioration of the product (useful life) electrical or hydraulic and the customer must agree to the privacy policies, guarantees and returns to purchase products / services online and physically.

  • More guarantees can also be indicated in each quote made by Green Energy Solutions, please consult in detail your quotes received.

  • All warranty claims must be addressed by the customer within a period not exceeding five (5) business days that was provided between the customer and Green Energy Solutions. After this period, Green Energy Solutions will not be obliged to provide the specified solution to the client, if the same does not pronounce itself with the agreed claim in the previous period provided, leaving the solution to follow available to the company, losing the client. , the claim itself. Geo-political, social, natural disasters, personal problems, among others, for which the client did not follow up on said claim, will not be accepted, taking into account that, although returns are not accepted, the company, in good faith, responded to that claim.

 
 
 
 

REFUND POLICY (RETURNS)

  • Green Energy Solutions may return products that the customer has purchased on the website and has not received the product they purchased within more than 15 days. If this is the case, the customer will first be told if the company ran out of products available for delivery and are about to enter the country. If the customer does not agree, the money will be refunded if it was in cash or bank transfer, if it was with credit / debit cards the procedure could take approximately 15 business days as well as in international cards according to the issuing bank.

  • Green Energy Solutions controls all registration transactions and online purchases. The company will contact by email or registered phones to verify the purchase. If the purchase was by mistake the customer is within his rights to have the company return the money. If the customer does not claim anything within a period of no more than 3 business days. Green Energy Solutions can dispose of that money for its own use without refunds of any kind.

  • RETURNS ARE NOT ALLOWED in physical products/services or monetary refunds (money) because administrative expenses are generated accounting. It applies to any of its technologies such as solar lamps, solar reflectors, light bulbs of any kind, solar heaters, solar panels, batteries, charge controllers, grid or off-grid inverters, electrical wiring and everything related to solar products or electrical products in general, either in complete equipment or individual product.   • There is no type of return on physical or monetary refunds (money) due to earthquakes, tsunamis, thunderstorms, any other natural disaster, short circuit damage, handling by third parties and technical personnel who are not authorized by Green Energy Solutions so that any type of warranty is automatically lost.

Refunds on digital products

For online courses internationally.

  • It applies only to purchases through the website, social networks, WhatsApp and google forms, direct payment links for money transfers / payments with credit / debit cards internationally.

  • Green Energy Solutions may return digital purchases as online courses that the customer has purchased on the website and has not received any further information about the purchase or any virtual teaching link to take the purchased course. If this is the case, the client will first be informed with the data they initially recorded, if the company is taking time to prepare the registration credentials to take the virtual course and through applications such as Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or similar, as well as the start dates. If the client does not agree, the money will be refunded when the client submits a claim within a period of no more than 3 business days, if it was in cash or bank transfer, if it was with credit / debit cards the procedure could take approximately 5 business days as well as in international cards according to the issuing bank.

EXCHANGE POLICIES (REPLACEMENTS)

Exchange in physical products

For purchases within the online website / WhatsApp / solar catalog / calls.

  • Applies only for purchases through calls, website, social networks, WhatsApp, solar catalog and google forms, direct payment links for money transfers / payments with credit / debit cards locally.

  • Green Energy Solutions can replace or exchange a physical product only by meeting the following requirements: 1) Warranty management must be carried out to cover the guarantee. 2) The defective product enters a technical review to detail what the problem is, which lasts a minimum of fifteen (15) business days. 3) If the failure is found to be a factory defect, a product replacement is performed and only one (1) exchange is allowed for warranty. 4) If it is discovered that the failure was due to manipulation or improper use by the customer or a third person, it automatically loses all warranty and replacement is not possible.

  • Any warranty claim must be made within a period not exceeding 3 months of use from the accounting invoice purchase date. Likewise, the product must come as sold by Green Energy Solutions, with its original packaging, complete accessories, product in excellent condition (new). If the product arrives differently than specified above, it may be possible that the replacement of the product will lose all warranty and no exchange will be possible.  

  • Green Energy Solutions does not make any warranty claim if the customer stores his product for a long time (3 -12 months onwards) allowing the batteries to gradually discharge, severely damaging the useful life of the energy charge of the product after the date of purchase.

  • Green Energy Solutions is not responsible for handling of the product by the customer or by third parties.

  • Any request for a warranty claim, the customer must submit the required documentation such as the original or copy of the purchase invoice. Without it, no warranty claim request will be made.

  • If the client does not pick up/claim their product after 30 calendar days, having completed the time for repairs (if applicable) or any budget/technical solution, the company will be pleased to dispose of said product(s) without right to any claim, since Green Energy Solutions does not have special warehouses for customers who do not collect their product(s) more than 30 calendar days.

  • The customer must agree to the privacy policies, guarantees and returns to buy products/services online or in person.
